What To Do After You Read a Book

As you have probably done many times you pick up a book, read it and when you have finished it you put it on a shelf.  There may be some dog ears and highlights or underlines that you left.  But what did you do with all the information you took in?  Did you make a list of how to integrate it into your personal or professional lifestyle?  How did you measure your success in your integration?

I’ve been following Michael Hyatt for a few years now.  His insight is focused and productive on how to read and process non-fiction books.  He has developed a great template.  The InSIGHTS Template gives you, the reader, actions and critiquing power to summarize and better digest the content of the books you read.

I’m going to use his Insights template as a guide for book summaries that I will give here.

Keep coming back as I am posting more summaries before I launch.
